Als gr-wandelaar in hart en benen, en als gr-medewerker bezit ik heel wat ervaring en documentatie om mensen "op weg" te helpen in de wondere wereld van het wandelen. Dus, vind je niet direct want u zoekt, maar heeft uw vraag of probleem met wandelen en/of trektochten via Lange afstandswandelen in het algemeen of de Grote Routepaden in het bijzonder te maken, dan mag u deze gerust stellen via het Contactformulier.
Zelf heb ik zowat alle GR's in België, Noord-Frankrijk, Ile-de-France, Normandië en Bretagne afgehaspeld, alsook La Palma, La Gomera en Corsica.
Ben je op zoek naar gps-routes dan kan ik je hoogstwaarschijnlijk verder helpen. Laat me weten van wel gr-pad (in Belgie of Frankrijk) je een gpx-file wenst en wie weet ....

Cirque de la Solitude : a basin which forms part of stage 4. The descent is via a thick rope and you reach the other side using chains and cables
Lac de Nino : a glacier lake surrounded by meadows (stage 6)
Lac de Melo and Lac de Capitello : two glacier lakes, surrounded by spectacular rock formations (stage 8)
Monte d’Oro : The 12th highest peak in the south of Corsica (during the Alpine Variant of the stage 9)
Monte Incudine (2134m) : highest peak in the south of Corsica. A great view of the Plateau de Coscione during stage 13.
Aiguilles de Bavella : spectacular rock formations during the stage 14.
Worth a detour.
Monte Corona : ascend to this peak of 2144m at the end of stage 1 or at the beginning of stage 2.
Cirque de Bonifatu : not as nice as the Cirque de Solitude but certainly worth a detour (stage 2)
Monte Cinto : highest peak in Corsica, at the end of stage 3.
Paglia Orba : ascend to the 7th highest (and according to many the most beautiful) peak of Corsica (2525m) during stage 5 (climbing experience necessary)
Lac de Creno : during stage 6, a descent to one of the nicest lakes on the island.
Monte Ritondu : 2nd highest peak in Corsica (2622m) during stage 7
Monte Renoso : during stage 11, a marvellous climb up from the glacier lake of Bastiani (2089m) to this peak of 2352m.
